 These are burrs from an oak tree that I put into a sort of molecule type of structure with toothpicks and then placed them on a mirror. To get the color, I held a piece of colored construction paper over it. I used strobe and umbrellas for the lighting.

I like the diffuse lighting used here, but some of the details have been lost.

I think I am looking at a plant bud, here. Could be a little out of focus. Don't understand how the title works with the shot.
