Placed a white drap in front of a window. Used a USB cable to tie the bible around my wife. Used "Pretty Wings" brush to create the wings.

Convert from RAW in Lightroom
Crop and straighten
Add wings with "Pretty Wing" Brush, first with white, the low opacity black for detail.
Tone Mapping
Masked out wing going under the bible
Screen Layer (Opacity at 58 percent I believe)
Upped Contrast
Selective Dodge and Burn
Cloned out USB cord
Desat the blown portion of the bible and smudged it to smooth it out.

Note from the SC: The addition of the wings in this image violates the challenge rules. This only came to our attention through the honesty of the artist; we were unaware of this prior to that. Given that the challenge was so long ago, this image will not be removed, but any user looking at this image for inspiration or precedent should not the above.

the Bible doesn't fit the picture, get rid of the Bible and the composition would be much better.
