What a perfect candid, and such a fun image as well.

Catherine~ this is a great shot & clearly undervalued by the voters of this challenge. I think this is a classic. I like this even better than your beautiful birds! It is so full of LIFE!! Keep on shooting! :)Message edited by author 2007-06-04 20:03:06.

What was with the scoring in this challenge? This is lovely and expressive and clearly meets the challenge. Underrated.

Splendid candid moment. Nice free frame of the water.

Lovely picture. His facial expression just looks so happy and natural :)

I think the expression on the face is fantastic. Very nicely cropped. I would just like to see a little sharper focus in the face area. Of course, the harsh lighting probably made that a little difficult. Nice job and respectable score.

Great capture of a joyful response to one of the Elements.

Not a strong enough tie to the challenge for me, but a nice enough picture of a happy guy playing in the water. 4

What a happy moment. The only thing I don't like is the blown out right hand on the kid and the top of the head. Other than that a great capture.

Good photo. Should have also focused more on face and blured. Maybe even a faster shutterspeed to capture the water more.
