Fantstic colors and a very nice composition. Perfectly titled. Love the clouds too. Wee bit on the grainy side and I'm afraid I agree with those who don't care for the border. Looks like you possibly did some sharpening or other editing after bordering resulting in the slight halo. Beautiful landscape though and I think you chose the perfect perspective for your shot. I didn't vote on this image.
Well composed, rich colors ad pleasing to the eye. The narrow crop helps accentuate the linear feel to the landscape. I don't care much for the overly thick border, and wish the clouds on the left weren't cut off on the edge, but those are minor nits.
"...let me ride through the wide open country that I love..."
This was one of my father-in-law's favorite songs to sing in his retirement as he took the time to travel in the States. :)
