Nice concept, but a little bit of more light on her face (flash?) would have made this better.

The way she is holding the handle seems a little awkward to me, perhaps if she had turned it more. Pretty girl and nice concept. For me I think I'd put her in a more vibrant outfit (and perhaps colorful umbrella too) and then tone down the color of the background so she pops more. As it is now the green takes the attention away from her.
