Hi terry greetings and haappy new year from the CC, Well I like the perspective you chose for your shot, it is great to see things from the bottom up or top down for a change : )! I think this is a very well done shot, could use a little more space around it especially by the tail IMO. Could also use a bit more sharpening perhaps. But you have captures his eye and feather details very nicely. It is an uncluttered shot which is very nice also, just your subject, his perch and blue sky. I think you also met the challenge well. You may want to give a bit of thought to finding more unusual subjects? To help boost your score, just a thought I am trying to be critical...but with such a good shot it is hard. My overall feel is that you have a good grasp on technical aspects, maybe need to try being a little more on creative side. : )
