I wanted to capture something that represented peace and tranquility and I feel this fisherman is completely at one with nature and the elements, being the air he breathes, the earth he sits on and the water he fishes for enjoyment.

Love how you made sure the "shy" moon was in there. Well set up photo, and clearly focused. I would like to see the fisher'person's clothing colors a little crisper
I like a lot of negative space, colors and details. However, I would have tried to place the person to the right under the moon so the fishing rod would lead into the center of the photo rather than out of it.
