I love the story that the motion and the perfectly focused boy create -- so intensely watching the cyclists. You're right, there seems to be a longing in his eyes that makes you think he wishes it were him on those bikes.
This is very intresting photography!

good motion blur capture with just enough of the action showing so you are able to tell what it is.
