Almost no post-processing. Just convert from RAW, sharpen, resize, and save for web. Lighting was from a window above and to the right, and regular incandescent lights above and behind the camera. Might be too textural for a "shape" challenge, but this was my favorite shot of the ones I took. Hopefully not too cliche... I bet there are a lot of violin/viola/cello shots in this challenge.

The potential is here in this shape. I think the lighting is a little bit flat and the background isn't distinct enough IMO. JMO of course. :) Good luck in the challenge.
I really like the simplicity of this shot. And the fact that it is off center makes the image so much beter. The colors give the image an intique look. Very nice!
