Kinda hard to really see the detail here but the orange is a nice effect

small, too wide, color is not appealing, the subject/s are scattered, but your DOF is ok, with the sillouettes of buildings

I hope that's fog and not smog... ;-Þ I would have liked to have seen more of the town in foreground, and bring up the horizon closer to the top third mark.

This really need to be bigger to be appreciated. Not a complaint, I know the rules specify size.
