this is a photograph taken on the firetrail yesterday, with hoya magnifying filters on lens .. noticed a totally mad effect by MAK taken in a tunnel using a lucisart filter .. anyway downloaded and paid heaps for it .. got fooling around, AS YOU DO!!! .. this is a basic shot with the added b&w conversion and lucisart .. i saw, of course, a horrible creature in this plant and just had to add the eye to make wot i saw completely obvious to everyone else ..
this is the coloured version without the eye ..
used the eye from my colour portrait entry .... well not actually MY portrait, but one of a sheep!!! which happens to be called "obviously this is my better side"
I love this monster with the eye. It is great how you brought out what you saw during the processing of the B&W image. I have a friend here on Kauai that wrote a book of nature spirits and finds these everywhere. Here is a link to Jeannie's site. //www.cybershaman.org/magic/gallery.html
Hey, Roz! Well I go away for a couple of weeks and return to find you kickin' some serious a$$!!! I can't believe how much your b&w shots have improved (and they were pretty darn good to start with btw) :D
This is awesome!! You not only do you have the most fantastic imagination, but also the ability to apply your ideas to you images. Well done!! I also gotta say, that I love your stories that go along with your images, they are alway informative and very very entertaining. :):):)
roz...how do you be so cool...man i tell you i am thinkin about that operation more and more...then all i gotta do is practice my aussie accent...i already can drink a few fosters...
Some see dead people, you see sheep. Hey, it works for me. :) This is one of those you could stare at for hours and everyone would see something different - another great imaginative offering, here.
loads to look at.
my eye just keeps wandering all over the place finding new and wonderful textures.
it certainly keeps the viewers interest for longer than 10 seconds.
which is always a good thing.
Gee, if that is your nightmare then I am surprised you ever go to sleep. Really disturbing image in many ways but has been done so well that it also becomes fascinating and you cant help looking at it on more time.
Kind of spooky but also fun..... You are just so clever my girl.....
I love how you come up with these type of digital images.....
Way to go girl.....keep them comimg.....
OK, now you are scaring me... haha! Only kidding. This is very imaginative and evil. Weird and wonderful. I shouldn't have looked at this right before bedtime... :)
