The grayscale seems a little flat and could use some depth. Not really sure of the "purpose" of the image and the fingers holding the "earrings" do nothing to add to the image.
The cherries are beautiful, but I wonder about the choice of location on the body... seems a bit strange to me to place them at the ear (and to hold the ear in such an unnatural way) when there are much more interesting places for cherries... :)
