There is a "Y" in the road, Right-Turn is on-ramp to the highway, Left-Turn is the off-ramp to oncoming cars.
Yes, there have been accidents in the area, hopefully no more.

Looks like there are a lot of people that went down that road before. Now they needed all those signs. This is a wonderful display of out tax money put to good use.
i think it would have been better if just the big stop sign was in color, this would give a good focal point, as it is it seems kind of cluttered,good luck
