Very bright and cheery colors, the clarity of this photo is pretty damn good. Seeing a little more of his face would be a nice touch.

This photo is ok but lacks focus in some areas I think would help it. I also think a thin black frame would have helped this one.

We see many bug/flower shots and this is a really good example. The DOF and the detail is well done. I love how the black of the bee is the only dark tone in the shot so he really pops. I can almost feel his fuzzy body. There is a touch of a hot spot on his mid abdomen, but not enough to detract from the overall appeal of this image.
