The composition here is fairly uninteresting, and has too many reflections, to the point where I can barely tell there is water there.

without the title, the image would not communicate silky smooth. It needs a stronger association.

The rocks offer some interesting texture to the photo, but there isn't a clearly defined subject in the image on which to focus the viewers attention. The overall focus could be sharper as well.

Nice idea but IMO there either isn't enough water running though of the exposure wasn't long enough

No real focus point. Lighting is a bit over for my taste. Might have been smoother if a longer exposure was used.

This doesn't see silky or smooth...to me?

I don't mean to be rude or anything but I just don't see anything intresting about this image at all. The rocks are rough and ridged, Water isn't really silky or smooth in my mind. Actually I don't think any liquid is silky or smooth.
