The entire image seems out of focus. This maybe as you have focused on the sky and then the foreground has become unsharp. Try if possible to use a higher aperture to get the entire image sharp. this shold be possible with this much light. Great idea though creating movement in the picture with the waves...

There is no point of focus her, the photo seems more out of focus than creating it with a shallow depth of field.

i like the perspective - but the image appears to be very fuzzy - especially the foreground and the person in the upper right. Maybe it is intended so but I think this would do much better with some crispness.
