One thing I learn when I was 10 years old that you should never let the subject point out of the picture. This men should be on the right side of the picture. But other then that I like this and give you 7.
Wow, this is a nice image. It has a bit of noise that either needs to be more (arty look) or less (my preference). Also the background needs to be light seperately to make it more uniform. Nice silhouette effect with just enough lighting to give it a touch of dimension! And if anyone says the guy should be peddling into the shot, ignore them. This is IMHO much more creative!

I would have included the negative space in the moving direction. I guess you wanted to follow the rule of thirds with the front wheel, anyway with vehicles the space for moving is more important for me. Otherwise a nice B&W shot. :-)
