 I just about sank in the muck/quicksand while getting this shot.

I used a hard edged Lee .9 graduated neutral filter to reduce the exposure in the sky so as to get more detail in the foreground and the grassy area just below the horizon. Still, some creative post processing was necessary to eek out a little more detail.
