This is one of my favorite shots, out of all the images I have taken at my cousins place, by the water, with its own jetty in Newport, Sydney.
This is a treasured item, saved from my cousins yacht, called the "Manly Ferry". The life saving ring was kept by my cousin, after he sold his yacht, after sailing it many times in the annual Sydney to Hobart Yacht race.

Just going through your portfolio honey - thought I'd make some comments along the way - this really brings back memories...I used to live at Balgowlah, which is about 5km west of Manly. I used to catch a bus down to Manly Wharf every morning and catch the ferry to the quay. Lovely B&W conversion
lol. Love the centered composition. Still wondering what a manly ferry is hehe. Just to say it out loud without looking at the spelling is quite funny :D Great pic and I bet this photo would look pretty good hanging on a wall.
