Looks like she's having fun, but I wouldn't want to be in that crowded room! her face is quite shiny (is this what your title meant? :-) ). Try using a different flash or aperture? (is that correct) setting.
This is a great shot in many respects– composition is spot on, and it doesn't look posed. My only beef is with the lighting. The flash has created a rather harsh glare and perhaps a bounced flash would have given it winning appeal…
Washed out by flash. Focus is pretty good. If your camera supports different flash levels, please use a (the) lower level, if not, you need to back away from your subject more. 5 Swash
Great expression! I think that this may have had more drama if it were cropped tighter around the subject. The girl to the right and a few faces in the background are a little distracting to me....
