NOTE THE CHALLENGE SUBJECT IS THE VEHICLE NOT THE BEAUTY OF MOUNT SHASTA! That said... well really that's all I can say...the subject semi looks like it just got in theway of a landscape shot.

Try shooting from the sunward side. This angle puts too much of the subject in shadow.

The light was your enemy here. It´s a good composition, but your subject is underexposed, then my eyes are caught to the mountains in the background.
