OK, I'm weird, I like the clutter. Been shooting a lot of cluttered stuff myself, lately. I like that there are things to see all throughout the picture, like the lady who's probably undergoing chemo. I like the gold chair in the background, almost like a throne awaiting royalty, but empty for now since royalty is on vacation. Neat picture.
Boy, I wish I couldsee the faces of either of the main subjects - perhaps waiting until the paint was being applied to the boy, and the painter was looking up would have helped this shot.
