This was taken on a very cold night at Centennial Olympic park. I know it looks a little grainy but I think it just adds to the feeling? Best I could clean it up.
I lightened it, adjusted the contrast slightly, despeckled, sharpened a little, resized and added a small border. That's about it. Still trying to figure out how to find out the Aperture, ISO and shutter speed so I can't list it. Still a newbie, Sorry. :)

Nicely composed, but you don't have enough contrasts to make the two tone treatment work well. You lose too much detail in the two subjects. I love the look on the childs face. Priceless! Nice almost there shot!

Everything is a bit indistinct in this which is amplified by the sepia effect. The motion would need to be absolutely frozen for this to work, and there's not enough light to allow that to happen. The subject lacks a definite focal point and the point of view is quite ordinary (eye-level).
very nice subject placement. one small suggesting i have is that the pole in the background with all the small white circles is slightly distracting to the subject.
