The Audi TT modell of our son.
It was placed in a sort of white cardboard-box and illuminated manually with an external flash.
To a while to get the light as I wanted it to be.
Acctually I'm not a big fan of the Audi TT, but I found it to be a nice ogject for the challenge.
Did some contrast enhancing and desuturated all color except red and yellow. After reduction to 640x480 I used unsharpen-mask to sharpen the image.

Like you, I am not keen on the Audi TT. I prefer Toyota Landcruisers! But your shot is excellent. If it was a dry run for your fantasy of hiring a big studio and shooting a car for real, then go for it. Beautiful lighting, good angle and the car shines in all the right places. I am sure in the big studio you'll watch out for that bit of unwanted something reflected in the car, here seen especially under the headlamp and towards the wheel arch.
You've done a great job with this one. This is one of the few toys that actually looks real, or its actually a car and it looks like a toy. Whatever the case, I'm at least thinking that I'm fooled on this one. I haven't been giving the toys very good scores in general either.
TT I just hate that name. Sounds like baby talk, but the car is sweet. Okay the photo........Totally awesome. I think this is most likely a toy. > Makes it even better. Your lighting/color and composition are all very good. Good luck I hope you do well here.
