Great look in the eyes of the model and the tangled ropes lead us directly there. Good composition job!

I find this disconcerting, because that young child looks like she has on heavy eye makeup and lipstick. Also there isn't much symmetry in the shot. And thirdly, I think you're image would score better if it was full size.
