Technically, this shot is very good. About its relevance to the theme, I really cannot find a connection. But then, this shot is very beautiful because of the smart combination of colours, light, and text.
Technical: Most all images submitted fit the challenge. I think this does... hard to tell. Exposure composition focus lighting seem good, but again it's hard to tell.
Personal: Interesting, but not enough information to tell what it is- I can't make any kind of emotional connection to the subject.
