A phot with potential. I \t will need filters to bring this to life. After all, the grasds is green and the roof is red. There should be some simple way to bring this out.
Its simple except for the bike rack or whatever the grey metallic implement is on the left of the building. This looks like it could have used a few degrees rotation CW. The angle you chose knocks the front left corner of the building out. Better angle on the subject and less on the cross might have helped.
