i like the angle the shot was taken from. however, the background seems to clutter the shot, and makes the subjects blend in. a solid color background would make them stand out and catch the eye more.
I like the idea, but I would have liked the photo more if you'd have put the turtles on a plain background (ie solid color) and maybe adjusted the lighting, would have made a big difference.
Very nice idea and I like the composition - the turtles in diagonal. Actually, the tortoise in the foreground could be sharper, and your background is distracting a bit. What about a homogenic, one-coloured one? :-)
Nice concept. I think I would have let the focus go out on the small one instead of the big one's head. I like the pattern on the tableclothwith this setting, but not the gridding on it.
