This is a dried wedding bouquet I made my daughter when Tropical Storm Barry changed her wedding plans suddenly in the summer of 2001. There was a possiblity the storm would become a huricane and we would have to evacuate the island. She was married on Sunday one day early so I went to the grocery store and bought roses and ribbon and made this bouquet. The weather cleared and she got her beach wedding pictures the next day. The photographer we had chosen was very kind and took photos of the wedding and then came back and did the beach pictures she had dreamed about having.

I love the composition very much here, and the colours are brilliant, too! I love simple bonquets. :-) Maybe you could have left a few millimeters more space above and the flowers could be a bit sharper, too, but I enjoy this photo, I used to collect dry flowers years ago.
