 Photo taken of yellow rose growing in backyard. Photo taken with flash at 1/60 sec shallow f- stop 5.6 and then burned image with photoshop 7.0 to give an almost glow to center of flower.

a nice enough flower photo with a few problems. it looks a tad underexposed, it's not really a landscape, the two borders are too big and don't really imporve the impact of the photo. And because you've added text to your entry you will be disquallified.
