Looks like a polarizer was used. On my monitor this looks dark but looks like a good composition. Just needs more post processing to bring out the wonder hidden in the scene. :(

Very nice. Although with the coloring it almost borders on graphically rendered, and loses a little of the "photo" quality. Not necessarily a bad thing. I like the depth.
