At this size, it looks very underexposed. The sky looks like it might have been nice. Unfortunately, I cannot see enough to judge it properly.

Your image is pretty dark (sometimes letting your camera set exposure for you is a bad thing) and the image is tilted. If you would have corrected these two problems you'd have a pretty good shot.

Looks like you may have had difficulty resizing? It is difficult to determine the quality of your picture from an image this size. The angle of the dock is interesting. The sky seems blown out and there is not much detail in the rest of the shot.
