Very good job on the exposure here. Good framing. Interesting, your border is one which would often seem very distracting, but it ties in with the colors and bright neon lights in the scene, and seems to actually work nicely. Good job.
Nice composition. Would be a bit more interesting with more people in it (or the one what is there to stand out a bit more). The white light from the board is a bit overbearing, but nothing you could do about that.
