I really like this shot. I do find the much-darker bottom portion a bit distracting, although I'm not sure simply cropping out the bottom would improve things. It might have been better to find a different angle that avoided the shrubs entirely. In any case, I think you picked an excellent location for a night shot and captured it quite well.
Perhaps it's an optical illusion from the steam, but it looks like this image needs to be rotated a tiny bit clockwise. Nice composition and I like the starry lights.
