This is reverse of normal U.S. eye travel - from right to left, but the sax / musician is strong enough to carry it off. You actually overlook the glare on the railing in bottom left.

The lighting looks bad with him and there really is not anything that captures him n a unique way.

Does not seem to be night time. There must be some powerful lights all over to make this look like daytime.
