Nice motion blur and reflections going on here. Overall composition and crop of the wheel doesn't work for me - I feel it needs to be cropped more decisively or not at all - and the orange spoke comes in at a strange height at the left - perhaps a touch higher and more at an angle from the corner?
I really like this kind of simple and clean images.
Here I am not sure about the dark area to the right of the picture. It somewhat distracts me, but it's very good nonetheless.
