The IOU is a nice touch, like the worn out wallet though the hot spot on the right side is a bit distracting. I think you might have made you point better with a few less bills and maybe 1 less credit card, you could easily lose the bottom most CC or have placed it with the others.

Good shot, the wallet with all the cards is great but you filled in the space around it nicely. It looks like an endless landscape of debt.
