Too much ledge in foreground, slight overexpose, out of focus, a letter J in the sky, and a dark right 1/3. You have the right idea - it just did not come off in this picture.

The blurry object in front is very distracting, but the city is captured really well.

that is a cute little ledge. is that supposed to be there or what? because it does not add to the image quality

The object in the foreground is distracting to me and the picture looks a bit blurry to me.

A tighter crop, eliminating the surface in the bottom left would have made this at least a 7 for me. As is, 5.

Sorry but I actually found the aeorplane distracting. I would have liked it better without it.

The blurred foreground is a little distracting as is the little portrusion on the left side. The airplane looks like a hair on the lens. The rest of the photo is nice tho!
