With images like this, you always want to have the subjects face, not the back of her head. This would enable you to see how hard she is really pulling.
Sorry for the negative comment, but in this picture there is no clear point of focus, the reflection on the iron is distracting and I can't see that she is pulling hard, maybe a different angle including her face would have been better.
