dramatic lighting of a beautiful young actress (?). Looks like it could be a scene from Cinderella. There appear to be near some blow outs in her cheeks etc and I don't understand the hair. Otherwise, I find it a very dramatic shot.
Oh... I see... it is a reflection in a mirror.
