I have to agree with everybody about the wonderful angle. There is always so much to look at when looking through your lens. Angles, composition, your light, angles of light that cause shadows or glare. Not to mention focus, and the list goes on. You really have it all right other than the glare on the glasses. Nice photo.
Great angle ... like his expression ... you seem to have captured his personality pretty well ... the only thing that slightly bothers me is the reflection in his glasses ... I want to see his eyes in sharp focus ...
I really like this. I love the creative pose he is in looking up in that angle. I always have such a hard time photographing people in glasses. I'm not sure how to avoid the strong glare, but this photo is really nice. I like the shallow depth of field and how comfy he looks in front of the camera.
This is a good portrait for me, in that the angle is interesting, and your subject has a very friendly face. The natural light is falling on his face in a very pleasing way. Two things I notice are the overall softness, and the reflection on the glasses over the eyes. If this were sharper, I think the effect would have been enhanced. If you had managed to capture greater detail in his eyes, or somehow been able to mitigate the hard reflection on his lenses, it also would have been very effective.
