This is a very unique piece of architecture and has shown up frequently here at DPC. That's all fine, but unfortunately, it's been done a little better in the past than this one. If you are going to revisit a location that's quite popular (same for theme, i.e. water drops) it really needs to stand out to excel. Compositionally I would have tried to include more foreground water and had less sky to offset the centered horizontal line. The photo also seems a bit blurry like you may have had some camera shake on a long exposure. I like the time of day you took this as the reflections are very nice and coordinate with the lower sky sunset.
I hope you don't take my above comments the wrong way, I'm just pointing out a couple of things that may be impacting your score.
