Ocotillo flower in bloom at Organ Pipe Cactus National Park in Arizona. It was a gray, gloomy day but we did manage to get a few blooms. Pretty much straight from camera. Slight crop.

This is so pretty! And I agree with liltritter -- should have been a 10 under any circumstances. The bokeh is so soft and pretty -- complimenting that beautiful red flower so well!
Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning. It's day two three now and I'm running late, sorry.
