I wasn't going to enter but then I was out in the yard shooting birds and this helicopter flew right overhead, so ... I took it as a sign and photographed it!
Post-challenge: yes, I should have used a slower shutter speed to get some visible rotation. I actually reset the camera and waited for another helicopter to come by, but no such luck.

there seems to be little action in this picture, even though the subject is an action symbol. Anyone could point a camera at the sky and take a picture, the real challenge is to make it interesting
