Funny crop, and the eyes looking up are comical, highlighted by the dark skin tones against the bright green. Unfortunately the lighting (flash?) is terrible. A smoother background might have helped, too (another challenge would have permitted you to clone out the wall imperfections).

consider moving your subject away from the wall to avoid the harsh shadows behing him ...

focus is completely off. flash should be to the sides and from behind. nice concept.
