Friends really are something to be thankful for. I like this shot. The subtle background is nice and the angle of the shot gives the feeling of looking after a friend in need. Good Work !

You've got an interresting glow in your lighting - unearthly. The shadow over his eye hides the details of what looks like a soft peaceful look. I'm not sure of your choice of the blinds in the background - his face is so natural and organic, and they are so angular. I'd like to see more of his head to the right and less of the blinds.

Great lighting, the stripes (blinds?) are very effective.

Bad Points: Very soft focus and a distracting BG - try opening up the apature? Not enough contrast
Good Points: profile choice was good and original.
