 Happy Birthday, Langdon!

For those who want to know: It's a "Florida Cake", mandarin cream with biscuit and cherries, topped with cream, mandarin slices and apricot cubes, surrounded with roasted hazelnut pieces. It is very tasty. And the best is, I get it for free (therefore the big smile on my face).
