Most would consider a trip to the Bay Area incomplete without visiting the Golden Gate Bridge and they'd be right. The bridge is visible from many parts of San Francisco and has many moods depending on lighting, weather, and time of day.
This photo was taken from the Marin Headlands in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA). From San Francisco take 101 North over the Golden Gate Bridge. Take the second exit and then the first left onto Sausilito Lateral Road. Make your first right onto Conzelman Road and follow it up the hill. There are many good views of the bridge along this road.
