Pretty face and nice smile; it is as if the looks in the eyes makes one feel that he knows the person in the picture; however the lighting arrangement is not so good, the flashlight has left a shadow over the upper lip under the nose and another light source from a side, a window perhaps would have given it more of a 3D feel rather than the flat 2D feel it has; and I think I would, with advanced editing, clone some of the hair and cover the right side of the neck; plus a portrait orientation of the frame would have definitely served the subject better.
But all in all this photo has a deep feeling of some sort I can not explain. 7
The white spots in the lip and teeth area should have been touched up in this advanced editing entry, they really detract from an otherwise beautifull portrait.
