All our snow here in Minnesota melted but the day I took this picture we got dumped with about 6 inches. I went to take this about a half hour after it stopped snowing. The roads were still unplowed and there was like 6 inches of snow on the road yet. (very fun to drive in) When I got there it was SO still and quiet... even when a car went over the bridge almost all you heard was just the muffled sound of the tires riding over the snow. The reflections were also Awesome.
Color wise this is almost exactly how it looked in real life. It was like looking at black and white in color.

Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning. It's day two three now and I'm running late, sorry.
I love this picture! However, as I found out with one of my snow pictures, it's sometimes hard to get the lighting right. This one seems to have a greyish tint to it. A little more post processing should clear that up to brighten it. The reflection is great though.
